Ekaterinburg restaurants have joined the traditional Russian Restaurant Festival. It is annual country’s main gastronomic event. The festival has been held traditionally in the spring, but due to the coronavirus, its dates were shifted to autumn from September 20 to October 10. Each participating restaurant offers a set of special menu, which includes 3-4 dishes at a fixed price. The cost of a set in any restaurant is 990 rubles. Some venues also offer an additional dessert set. Some of the participants focused on local products and traditional recipes. The festival is a great way to discover new places.
Next to the hotel “NN18” in the restaurant “Pashtet” (Tolmacheva st., 23) the set includes: green salad with avocado and sun-dried tomatoes, salmon tartare with crispy keil and warm tuna with ptitim. The offer from the Asian comfort food restaurant “Soyka” (8 Marta st.) includes: edamame hummus with miso crackers, burnt salmon sushi with yuzu teriyake and truffle sauce, tempura squid with lime and chili, mango dessert with mango and mango … Gastrobar MOMO Pan Asian Kitchen (Karl Liebknecht st., 38A) serves tuna tartare with avocado and spicy yogurt, snow crab roti and green curry with shrimp and mango. Russian Restaurant Festival is a great reason to visit Ekaterinburg and taste it!
